Samsung Unpacked 2026: What to Expect from Galaxy S26 Ultra, Buds 4 Pro, and More

Samsung fans have a lot to look forward to at Samsung Unpacked 2026. The next big event is expected to introduce the Galaxy S26 series, including the highly anticipated Ultra model, along with redesigned earbuds and possibly a teaser for AI glasses.

When is Samsung Unpacked 2026?
Reports suggest the event will take place on February 25, 2026, in San Francisco, ahead of Mobile World Congress. If the timeline holds, the Galaxy S26 phones could hit stores in early March. You can watch the event live on Samsung’s website or YouTube.

1. Galaxy S26 and S26 Plus

The base Galaxy S26 is expected to come with a 6.3-inch screen, 4,300mAh battery, 12GB RAM, and up to 512GB storage. Both the S26 and S26 Plus could get upgraded ultrawide cameras, possibly from 12MP to 50MP.

2. Galaxy S26 Edge?

Rumors suggest Samsung might replace the “Plus” model with a slimmer Edge version, featuring a 4,200mAh battery and 5.5mm thickness. The 6.7-inch screen could make it more compact and ergonomic than previous models.

3. Galaxy S26 Ultra

The Ultra model is expected to get curvier corners, a raised vertical camera bump, and a 7.9mm thickness. The main camera could sport a 1/1.1-inch 200MP Sony sensor, letting in 47% more light for better low-light photos. Some regions may get the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, while others may have the Exynos 2600 chipset with improved NPU performance.

4. One UI 8.5

Samsung is likely to announce One UI 8.5, with expanded dark mode, upgraded widgets, inter-device connectivity improvements, and more AI features. Beta versions have already revealed folder resizing and notification enhancements.

5. Galaxy Buds 4 Pro and AI Glasses

Leaks suggest a redesign of the Galaxy Buds 4 and 4 Pro, with a flat stem and new grille design. Samsung may also showcase AI smart glasses, developed in collaboration with Gentle Monster and Warby Parker.

Overall, Samsung Unpacked 2026 promises major updates in smartphones, earbuds, UI software, and possibly wearable AI tech. Fans should mark their calendars for February 25 to see all the official announcements.
